Innovaudax Terms of Service

Innovaudax provides software services that integrate with Microsoft Dataverse and related platforms to facilitate secure data operations across tenant environments. 

By using Innovaudax services, you agree to the following: 

1. Service Description 

Innovaudax provides tools for: 

• Data migration 
• Environment connectivity 
• Secure token-based access 
• Automation workflows 

2. Customer Responsibilities 

Customers are responsible for: 

• Granting appropriate permissions 
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies 
• Managing data governance 

3. Security 

Innovaudax uses secure authentication and does not store customer credentials. Access is granted using Microsoft Entra ID and certificate-based authentication. 

4. Limitation of Liability 

Innovaudax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. 

5. Termination 

Customers may revoke consent at any time via Microsoft Entra ID or by disabling the application.
